The European Biotech4Food project, of which Innov’Alliance is a partner, supports the development and adoption of biotechnologies in the agri-food and nutraceutical sectors. Its objective is to promote innovation in companies in order to build a more sustainable agri-food system.
Within this framework, COCONT is developing plant-based alternatives using fermentation processes. The company is currently adapting an innovative tempeh on an industrial scale and recently inaugurated a production site dedicated to fermented beverages in Saint-Beauzire.
This morning session will be an opportunity to:
